Is that yours? Looks very nice.

No not mine. I have two alloy track frames already.

One thing I can't seem to work out is whether its made in Italy.

I've visited the De Rosa factory on a couple of occasions and there were very evident signs of bikebuilding going on (unlike Pinarello), although this was a few years ago now.
