Isn't that the Shard poking out above the clump of buildings on the mid-left of the photo, and then the next clump of red lights are Canary Wharf.

storm was so bad here that after i'd got in bed I lay listening to it for a couple of minutes with no other background noise I quickly got back up and went and unplugged all the electronics in the house as it was just flash-thunder-flash-thunder-flash-thunder nonstop so right on top of us.
