It looks as though the pollution yesterday was not as bad as forecast, although it was still poor.

I think it was supposed to have peaked yesterday but that suggests not

The air feels decidedly less soupy today. Not sure if that counts as an official measurement of pollution levels but hey.

Today seems better, but then I have been taking antihistamines for the past few days.

was perturbed by the pollution notices, especially as I was getting back on the bike for the first time in three odd weeks.
But it wasn't that bad.
Took an anti histamine and a couple of drags on the inhaler and was good to go, not quite sure what all the fuss was about.

Having sprinted over the hill to get a BTOB, I'm now coughing and wheezing. Hard to tell how much of this I can blame on the jetstream hitting the sahara at 150mph, and how much is due to lack of fitness and lurking asthma. Luddlet #3 has told me off for defying the warnings on the Today programme, bless him.
