Every time I see the phrase climate change denier I think of waterproof tights.
Waterproof tights would be well handy.

My take on 'climate change' (itself a euphemism) is very simple. I think what's happening is that weather phenomena are getting more extreme, as there's more water released and more energy for movement. Admittedly, this is a totally unscientific view. I see it very much as analogous to what I know about how human traffic behaves, i.e. if you create more and more opportunity for movement, traffic will distribute itself unevenly, gravitating disproportionately to major centres and not staying in smaller centres. I do know someone who is very up on climate science and he agrees that it's a good basic analogy, even though the science takes quite a few more intermediate steps to explain the process.

Oh, highly informed.
I love it when people go 'that there's no evidence for X is evidence for not-X'.
