last nights journey home was a laugh a minute

got soaked 5 mins into my journey along oxford street, by the city i had dried out then rain again around bow and i was soaked through for a second time

twice in one journey, TWICE

Left home at 0600 as normal and twas indeed cool, but perfect, and because of the hour the roads were quiet. Won't last, rain is forecast for later today.

yesterday i cycled into town for yoga in brilliant sunshine, returned home in brilliant sunshine until i crossed kew bridge when it suddenly turned grey and the rain started, was just indoors and it bucketed down.

i had to go out in the evening, it was dry as i left home, pissed down whilst i was indoors, but had thankfully stopped raining for my return journey

can't imagine this run of luck will last, but i did get drenched on Tuesday evening

Is it going to rain this evening? Trying to decide whether to slog it up to Hog Hill this evening for some racing, but I'm not fancying the 17miles each way if it does.

Currently the isobars on the met office app on my phone aren't looking too positive. Punts, if you will, please?

Huge purple shadows and caves in the sky, rainstorms suspended over mountains, big fat drops of rain that soak you through, sudden bursts of hot sun that dry you out, cool air, reflected light, this has been the best summer ever
