Was an amazing night, didn't perform as well as I had hoped to, but the event was tough.

It's amazing to think that anybody who got sub 23.15 didn't even qualify!

And yeah Rob was a beast, never seen anybody do that, and the kilo was amazing as well!

Missed it because I got too drunk at a friend's birthday to think about the time/where to go. Note to self: never put non-bike friends first, it just ends up with them throwing up at 11.15 because they are useless.

Sub 20, twice!! and a 42 something on the kilo! bloody hell. Super fast times put down last night, didn't have it in me this time! (But happy to get knocked out by Rachel P) Fun times crammed into lmnh, can't wait for the finals!

What a night, was really good to see so many people there and so many good times.

Thanks to everyone who cheered, I was more than happy with 4th and I did get my kiss from big Steve!

Just totting it up now, but we've had around 4000 participants in Rollapaluza in March.....

Most of these school kids and NHS staff and visitors.
