I got to watch people's technique a bit more last night, being to the side of the stage, which echoed Clive's rather ominous confession in the lift at the C&W Hospital the other day, when he said 'You've got to rest it on your perinium and then push'.

Really good racing, and I think Caspar should have some drug testing done on him. It's not right a man of his age can pedal so quickly.

His most recent urine test proved in the clear, we at Rollapaluza regularly extract the urine from our competitors to ensure fairplay.
