  • btw - can anyone recommend a mini pump that can get my care-o-meter up to 5 csi (cares per square inch)?

  • Go to a garage.

  • Its all about this little bad boy.

Having used andyp's i decided it was too good not to have my own.

  • Troll for life

    total fucking loser

  • This was surprisingly boring. No puns. :(

  • I am now a little concerned Zed/AndyP, I had one of those pocket rockets for a couple of months, only used it a few times nothing at all wrong with it, worked really well but then saw a range by those guys at Lezyne and they caught my eye, I think I am slightly addicted to miniish pumps or maybe its just small light and shiny things...
They also do this great integrated pressure gauge come hose which actually works.
Would never ride without one, round my way the local darlings have wrecked all the garage pumps. As we may find out at the next TNRC meet, ST Mary Cray start anyone...

I know. It just a load of hot air really. We all got pumped up for nothing and then everything got blown out of proportion. I hope there is no pressure to bar anyone, that would spoil the atmosphere somewhat.

  • horrible

  • We're blowing it out of all proportion.

Dont want to deflate you but thats a repost.

[Haha, I knew this would work. ;)]

I have one of these, good for getting your tyre up to a decent pressure when out and about. Saved me a long walk a few times, it has.

  • Bought one of the adapters the other day that TFL swears by... Brilliant little Gizmo!

Felt horny after mashing 3 scotch eggs and some frazzles into my belly at the garage, and managed to inflate *Cassy Cumbucket *in a matter of moments. Instant relief. Reccommmeneded

  • I can see why Hippy always cares a certain amount.

Is that the best you can do?

    You're just letting yourself down.

    Fuck yeah! great tools

  • I just keep one of these in my bag. It saves me having to carry a pump or waste time putting one in my bag. When I get a p_nct_re, I just have to walk several miles to nearest petrol station where I get out my bag of change in order to pay to use their broken machine to blow up my bike. I've never had to use it but in theory it's a good idea.

  • Sweet idea! I'm going to abandon my pump, as the weight it quite unbearable, and since I take it out of my bag every night, I find it a hassle in the morning when I'm in a rush to get to where-ever-it-is-I-go. This plan is flawless.

  • self righeous bell end who thinks everyone should do as he does and heaven forbid someone disagree.

I think the real truth is hes a fat cunt who has to put alot of air into his tyres to compensate for his weight. This means hes more prone to punctures.

He could stop eating chocolate cake then not worry about saving weight on the tires. Lower the PSI (once hes loss some weight) and bingo he won't have to sweat the punctures as much.

Can anyone else see an image of tOOL sitting in an internet cafe somewhere feverishly typing and sniggering to himself "They can ban my IP but they'll never stop me!"

  • Yes.

  • "you must spread some reputation around before giving it to superprecise again."

  • My old Blackburn finally expired after 12 years, so I just picked up a little Topeak. Seems to do the job pretty well, rated to 160psi though I doubt I could get anywhere near that close without breaking my arm as it's tiny.

Dude your blackburn should have a lifetime warranty. Time to cash that badboy in.

I just got an AirStik SL and it's banging.

  • Hippy VS Ed on here was funny!
(Sorry I was reading back on this)

  • Just ordered one of these teeny weenie pumps, to put in my skidder's saddle bag. Only goes to 100 PSI, which is the minimum for my tyres, but it'll get me home.

99mm long and comes in loads of colours.

  • 100psi for something that little?! Bloody hell. Sounds good. Let us know how easy it is to use.
