The Human Centipede 2 Trailer (Final HD) - YouTube
I watched the first one and I didn't like it, I found it empty.
The second one, instead, it's almost great, if you like this gender.
The main actor is awesome, he doesn't say a word for the entire time while he's able to let understand all his thoughts, and actions.
The best scenes, for me, are the ones at home with his mother.
Watch it, and enjoy it, but better keep it far from the mealtimes. -

Really?
I thought it was one of the more plodding movies I've seen recently... Shame, I actually like Keanu...

The strange colour of your body's tears. Gallio homage from the directors of Amer.
Suffers from some issues with length and ones gallio genre has in first half, gets better near the end where I feel its more original too.
Going to have nightmares about hats now... Anybody who has seen it will know what I mean!
Watch it? If you like gallio and surreal worth a watch, check out Berbican sound studio and possession too.
Right maybe lfo tomorrow as Belfast film fest still on :)

We are what we are - hammy, schlocky, and unconvincing. Do not recommend.

Captain America was surprisingly good. Possibly the best of the new Marvel films. A plot, political comment, and some of the best fight choreography I've seen in ages. A worthy watch. And make sure you stay right until the very end credits.

As with every marvel film.

Yeah but this time there's two secret scenes. One touches on something they don't have a license for, which should be interesting.

Snowpiercer is a bit... Interesting.

As with every marvel film.
Does that mean there's also yet another godawful Stan Lee appearance?

I watched Olympus has fallen because I have flu and I wanted something brainless. It did not disappoint. By the numbers yankee propaganda, with a strong stink of the post-9/11 psyche. It had so many great America fuck yeah moments. Including a guy killing a terrorist using a bust of Lincoln. It was exactly the kind of shite I needed to go alongside my raging fever.

Anyone seen Starred Up? Looks like it might be pretty good, and stars Ben Mendelsohn who was amazing in Animal Kingdom.
Think I might go watch Under The Skin too. I need to redress the cinema balance as I've been very disappointed by a couple of recent visits (Her & Grand Budapest Hotel).
Having said that I got to see Todd Solondz's Happiness at the cinema last Saturday which was a great experience.

For this into short horror these come highly recommended:
ETHEREAL CHRYSALIS - Syl Disjonk
Who is Syl Disjonk and what is wrong with him? Barking grotesque symbolism from Canada.
THE ADDERS BITE - Firas Momani Monks
Body Fluids - Plant Sex Organs. Unpleasant goings on at a grubby shape changing ceremony.
FAMILIAR - Richard Powell
John’s inner voice pushes him to unspeakable acts in Fatal Pictures’ excellent suburban insanity horror. Unforgettable.
I have to say I really enjoy the premise of Snowpiercer.
