Now you've reminded me of the Piece Brosnan/Rene Russo remake. I know it's shit. But I have a massive soft spot for it (it introduced me to Nina Simone and the end sequence has great visuals).

I didn't see the remake, but I heard that it was rather good.

Talking of remakes, has anyone seen True Grit yet?

I've got a pretty decent sized Odeon only a mile from my house. It's pretty good, because you get loads of Bollywood movies on there and alongside the sweets and popcorn you an get some lovely Bombay Mix.
