Re-watched The Vanishing (Dutch version) a couple of nights ago. Still excellent. And hadn't noticed the cycling metaphor strung throughout the film when I first saw it.
(Not surprising now - only re-watched it because I discovered it was written by the same author as The Rider).

Tickled. Was expecting a Louis Theroux style light docco about the weird world of "competitive tickling". Ended up having nightmares... Worth a watch.

I watched Willow Creek the other day, it's a found footage documentary about a guy and his girlfriend who go in search of Bigfoot.
It was not that good, apart from a tense 15 minute single shot inside a tent, where noises wake them and they are trying to figure out WTF is happening outside. -

Blade: Runner, it's about a vampire who competes in the Olympics as a 200m sprinter.
20.49 refers to the qualifying time he needs to make it on the team. -

Does he shoot his girlfriend in that one?

Initially you are lead to believe a plucky rag-tag bunch of misfit bobsleighers from Jamaica did it, but turns out the Germans were fitting them up.

They plan to tunnel under the fence on a motorbike at half time, but despite being 4-1 down, stay on to win the game. They escape over the Alps with the gold medals, but haven't accounted for their weight...
