I can't start a new thread (until I post three times) so pardon my interjecting a question here. Does anyone have any tricks for extracting a seized fixed cup? I have soaked it in release-oil, and put a pipe on my wrench for leverage (but it tends to slip off, then). I don't want to heat the BB shell even if that would help, as the paint is good. ....Any tips welcome....
