Stolen bikes

Doktor P, heading south today so I'll keep my eyes peeled.

I can't believe the last few hours I had yesterday evening and I have one of those incredible success stories which occasionally peppers this thread. Three months ago I had my bike nicked and last week, leaving work, I saw her in the spot where it had been stolen from, being pushed by a guy who was very charming and had nice shoes...
Four months later, she's back where she should be.

5 days late but...your success story just made my day :)

Stolen: Kuota Kebel (Custom)

Custom built Kuota Kebel/Road Bike was stolen from my balcony on the 1st floor on Webber Street between the hours of 1:00am and 7:00am on 4th of July.

The bike setup:

Kouta Kebel 55cm Frame, Seatpost & Fork / White with coloured dots and triangles (it's a unique paint)
Mavic Ksyrium Elite Clincher 700C
SRAM Force Groupset with a 28/11 cassette
FSA Plasma integrated compact/ White (custom unique paint)
Fizik Arione / White
Fizik bar tape / White
Bike computer / Garmin Edge 800 Black and White

Guys i'm pretty desperate here, I have put so much work on this bike and I would do London to Paris in 2 weeks time on it. I'm in shock that was stolen from such a high balcony (over 20ft high) with CCTV everywhere.

Stolen Condor Squadra.
Someone broke into my hallway last night and tore the bike bracket, plus bike, off my wall. White 2011 Condor Squadra with noticeable gold handlebar tape. Black fizik saddle, and may still have my carradice rack attached. Campag zonda tyres. Frame serial number CT093263. It would be a miracle, but damn I loved that bike...

My colleague's bike was stolen in East London at the weekend. It's an unbranded raw aluminium frame with deep Ambrosio rims, Sugino cranks, flat bars, black Concor. Please keep your eyes peeled!

No it was locked in a car park in his building in Aldgate East. Probably happened on Friday night.

Yes, please! Anything that helps find my bike will be really appreciated.
Anything that could lead to find the bike would be well rewarded, seriously. Every time look to the balcony and see my turbo trainer without the bike, make me really unsettled.

I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying the two thieving bastards had been convicted.

i just removed the brakes bought some new blb pedal toe clips and straps! and put a nice sky blue tape on the handlebar!

Hi Guys, haven't frequented this site in a while, but now is my hour of need!

My Blue Fuji Track bike was stolen last night in Hampstead, north west london

The** distinctive points** are:

• cut down bull horns with tatty black and blue diamond crossed cloth bar tape on
  
• carbon aerodynamic mike burrows seat post
  
  

Blue and white frame, with the odd sticker on e.g. DIRT on the downtube. Its pretty grubby and lots of marks from throwing a lock around it.

Happened to have a random specialised QR front wheel on, silver hub, as the normal wheel had a puncture

Gutted its gone, as i have been hammering around on it for the last 7 years!

My friend Kasper had his boat broken into at 3am this morning, in Victoria Park at the junction of Sewardstone Road & Approach Road, just by the bridge. One of the only things that was taken was his Rapha Condor Sharp bike. I know it's a long shot, but if anyone sees someone with a bandaged hand riding around on the above bike, please PM me.

Yeah I was incredibly lucky - I found it locked to some railings less than a mile away from my flat and was able to retrieve it.

There was a scuffle involving a knife, which let to a cut hand (the thief's). Police then picked him up from an ambulance around the corner.

Its been over two weeks since my partner and I had our bikes stolen and the cops still haven’t been to collect the CCTV footage. Been down the markets on the lookout too and I'm completely blown away by what is obviously stolen.
Last Sunday at BL we watched two kids wheel a bike up on its back wheel. One of the older dero's pulled a pair of bolt cutters out of a bag near that doorway they stand in and they snipped the lock off the front wheel. They then had the audacity to stand the bike up against the kerb with all the others and declare it for sale! It makes me so angry seeing how obvious the bikes are stolen and nothing is done about it!!!! Now I'm p*&#ed just thinking about it.
