Not my bike but still stolen. This was stolen from Tim (aka CitySprint's Big Bopper)

Last Thursday :
1972 Woodrup track Iron (serial number 1692) was stolen in north London. It is green with orange lug work and is approximately 22.5 -23 inch frame. It had a Resilion 32 hole front hub and Wolber Super Champion Alpine 27 inch rims.

A friend and fellow fixed wheeler stopped for dinner at Huong Viet on Friday night. Locked bike outside and came out later that evening to find the following missing

Rear wheel.
Rim, Mavic Open pro, Silver 32 hole, graphics removed
Hub, Condor silver,
Cog, 16t Miche

Bars
Nitto B123 steel. 42cm scratches right bend.
Dirty Harry black lever. clamp was filed to fit on bars

Stem
Nitto Jaguar steel stem, 110mm 58 degrees. 25.4mm clamp.

If you see someone trying to clear out the above, please let me know...Dalston living up to its usual reputation now with one unhappy and angry friend

The stem looks like it might have come up on ebay Norfolk way. I vaguely remember someone else in the past pointing to someone out that way seeing something being sold that way. Quick look on the forum brought up nothing but if others remember anything please let me know

Yeah mate, he's now advertising the bird's bike on Gumtree too....A lovely female pc is now attempting to extract details from Gumtree and Loot (where he's also advertising another bike) as to his address. Failing that, I hope they entrap the little sh*t.

Hi. Its a misery to have to post here guess it could be worse though. just been drinking at the george, notorious hot spot i know, came out to find my seat post and saddle missing. i normally thread through a cable lock that i lost last weekend riding round norfolk. double bad luck.

It was a 27.2 campagnolo aero seatpost with san marco rolls attached.

^The Norwich/Norfolk connection was briankwans bike nicked from UCL; it was stripped and all the parts came up on ebay from Ipswich. Have you got the seller ID?

It's very distinctive, red 70s track frame with 'chick' on the the downtube. 80s campag pista components, tub rims, black front brake callipers and peeling white handlebar tape.

there's a fucking huge market in Oxford for stolen bikes. I grew up (well went to school) there and had loads of bikes (at least 6) nicked. check the wednesday market in gloucester green and take a pic of the bike to all the bike shops.
