Farnear fixed gear specific tyre. 7mm thick!?
-
• #9884
saw those, sound great, and I assumed the thickness is to make it last long for skidding?

u never know until you try.
but at 7mm thick it might be heavy also ? -

can't be as heavy as some of those puncture-resistance tyres.

On London roads, that pink mech will look like a black mech within a week.

500g each seemed normal to be honest (for puncture resistance really), especially since this is a 25c we're talking about and not 23c.
my Schwalbe Stelvio plus was a 23c, but weight 340g, very heavy for a 23c (normal Stelvio weighted 235g) got a lots of life in it for skidding thought.
I think they change the Stelvio name to Durano.

Those logos on the Ultremos ARE shit. They'll go for Vittoria Diamante Pros. Just had them still in stock for my roadies.

Half kilo for a tyre!
Is that true?
