Thats an interesting point bosberg.
It makes me wonder why they even bothered to incorporate an aero spacer into the frame design like that then? It just looks shite when its missing. But I suppose pro riders looking to get into a more aero position won't be to fussed about how it looks. -

venge has to be one of the ugliest bikes going. breaks my heart when I see civilians w/s-works versions, the amt of money they cost
-
• #91455
I wholeheartedly disagree! I rather like them...
But agree they do cost stupid money for the s-works versions. -

It would be pretty simple for SRM to drill the spider to take the 4-bolt chainrings if the team wanted them.
Power2max released a powermeter drilled for the Shimano 4 bolt rings, I quite wanted one - however they shelved it after finding that the design impacted accuracy to a non-trivial degree.
Why I have absolutely no idea, and it would appear that it's not troubled either Pioneer or SRM, but interesting to think of why.

Weird. They've just released a 4-arm Campagnolo 2015 version.

I thought all zipps were dimply, have they done away with that now?
-

This picture was taken last year, when OPQS was still endorsed by Zipp.
I went inside their support van during last TdF and ToB, all wheels were dimply as usual! ;) -
