Just going back to this quickly. You could spin the rear wheel backwards untill the cranks are parallel to the floor. Then adjust the front wheel angle to match the rear. Depends on whether you prioritize wheel decals over crank alignment, really. God, that is so dull. Sorry

Or they could have lined up the cranks and wheel before putting the chain on.

Or black paint over the wheel decals.

^ And re-do them when the cranks are aligned.
