I suppose no, in that case you will leave the holes in the hub without spokes, what is the point to put the spoke in the hub and later twisted around another spoke? or, to put the spoke in the rim and do the same?

Its an aftermarket kit - i posted a video of it in the Snowboarding anyone? thread - they are the rollerblades of the pistes - if you want to bike on snow, studded tyres FTW!
