  • wheel size drawing board/mudguard fitting school

  • the dynamo'd thing is off Kinoko's site, am i right?
Saw it on their blog a couple of days ago

  • That pink and black Serotta is damn fine.

  • The half-finished front wheel (on the Serotta) looks like it would buckle at the mere sight of me.

  • Beaut. Don;t go for fades usually but, oh my.

That puke green JT can GTFO though :/

  • Lovely frame I'm sure, but that paintjob looks like the langster monaco one. Maybe in full it isnt too bad

  • Plus its not a bike.

  • Que?

  • It's a frame, forks and headset. Many parts missing before it's a bike.

  • Plus its not a bike.

    I don't understand.

  • seems a bit fucking picky

  • its not a bike.

My understanding is that this thread is for pornography of the bicycle, not just pornographic bicycles.

  • This!

  • Nice MASI.
    Effing bike stands though!

  • Plus its not a bike.

    If you're splitting hairs..

at what point does a frame become a bicycle? If you take the saddle off a bicycle it's no longer complete..

  • Dredge - but what sort of issues do you come into if you want to make something like this? From what I'm presuming is a road frame...

That rear derailleur doesn't look campag to me, but the brifters are, and I'd imagine you need different-to-road ratios for CX... and how does disc braking fit into everything???

    Much confuse, very want

  • Surely a Sempreverde should always be green?

Shame the Sabatini is yet another pedal-free wallhanger.

  • That rear derailleur doesn't look campag to me, but the brifters are

Didn't Ed answer this at the time? I think there's some weird synergy between Campag Ergopower shifters and Shimano 10-speed MTB dérailleurs, I expect Lennard Zinn has covered it in his tech blog.

Your other questions are answered by the fact that it's a custom built gravel racer/CX frame, not a bodged road frame.

  • Yes!

  • Didn't Ed answer this at the time?

Dunno, I think I might have quoted a pearoast. Will check.

ohrly. if that's true... even keener... I really like the 10sp campag on my now nicked old bike. Ty.

  • I found a useful interview on the subject.... if you speak Swedish
