It got a very slack seat tube, and a saddle with a big setback, so I'm not surprised it's set forward, look normal.
I'm the owner of that pinsello, and I approve that message.. Have some rep'.
Honestly, it's a 56 and it fits fine for my 6'0.. maybe seat post not high enough, but it was its first day out..

You should try to find a seat post with less setback, would be better than big setback + saddle way forward. Unless it's an exotic diameter of course...
