My opinion:

Remove brakes and levers, smaller tires, different tape.

(it's a good looking bike though)

I really like it as is, I like to imagine it's going to be cycled a lot, so brakes are fine. Only thing I'd change would be silver s500 levers.

The whole point of the bike was the brakes, I barely ride brakeless anymore. The tires are just fine, 24c for a bit more comfort on the road.
I agree the cane creek levers are not the best looking but I definitely cannot stand the sram ones: hoods are too beefy compared to their skinny levers..
