Funny thing is, if you look at the Van Tuyl it's got Campagnolo gears and Sram crank .. the exact opposite of the Peg

Agreed they are not tasty but what would you do instead?

Brooks Team Pro, Mafac brake levers, red cloth tape and period corrected seatpost/stoker stem.
