Funny thing is, if you look at the Van Tuyl it's got Campagnolo gears and Sram crank .. the exact opposite of the Peg

Brooks Team Pro, Mafac brake levers, red cloth tape and period corrected seatpost/stoker stem.
(bar the pedals).

There's something about the way they've painted the Mapei cubes there that doesn't quite look right. I preferred the paintjob of the EPS they did a few years back:
