tbh
most of those bikes, cinelli, rossin, land shark et al are of more significance en masse historically rather than pornographically
perhaps someone should do a history thread -
• #79778
Wasn't it for sale somewhere and it had a GEAR HANGER, or evidence of one... no one could decide if it was decent or some frankenrat.
no sign from the other angle
owner say it's his own percy one, but offers no historical evidence
"This is my personal track bike. It’s got a very strange frame design which I have not seen anywhere else, note that the bottom bracket hangs below the frame. No collector to date has seen one like this so it may be a one off. Also, the chainstay is a Cinelli fork crown and strait fork blades. The tubing on this is Ghibli with shaped tubes." -

Someone suggested it may of been added on after original build, then later removed... anyway... thats as much as I remember...

maybe that's why owner doesn't declare how long he's had it
would it truly be a pista if converted? -
• #79785
misread, if added on after, would truly be pista
-

not the best of pics but while we're on the pista subject: Simplex's Jabo (chromovelato baby) will be on display at the Euro track championships. I'll bring me 'nago - check this fb page for the event

Yeah, you're right. It was on eBay and probably featured in the eBay Finds thread on here. In the photos it was on a table in a field. I remember it looking like it had a mech-hanger too and we discussed how it was strange that the owner didn't know a little more about it considering it's obscurity.
If it did have a mech-hanger, for me that'd make a little more sense it terms of design/strength. Wouldn't the forces exerted on the bb area of track frame likely be more than those on a TT frame?I'll try and find the original conversation now
EDIT, this will do: http://cyclingwmd.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/weirdest-rossin-ever.html
