That set up doesn't look uncomfortable to me.. If anything it's pretty much positioned to replicate where the hoods on my old bike would be.. If I did have bullhorns mine would be horizontal though

just your opinion i know, though mines definitely different;
i thought that bendy seat-tube's main job was to make clearances tighter, and pull the rear wheel under your body weight - even if the wheel sat right in the end of those drops, it still wouldnt make for a tight clearance.
i don't really like the bendy seat-stays (aesthetically, and it doesn't look very solid). Although occasionally i think 3 triangle looks ok, i think it's usually out of place on a fixed gear/road bike. I think monofork are absolutely pathetic on any sort of bike. And i don't like bright orange!
