Who thought of that colour scheme ?
Awful.
If my memory serves me correctly it was Grady Davis V.P. of Gulf. Though I don't much like them either when not adorning the GT40.

Love that Nakagawa. It's HHSB for sure but it's gangsta.

I'm not convinced that spoke pattern can ever be porn.

Those wheels can gtfo
He should get hyperions if he likes campy stuff.

i know those wheels (rear spoke pattern) are far from porn looks but trust me, they sure are perfect to ride with. Very stiff and fast wheels.

We built my dad up a Witcomb roady down at Union Cycle Works . Full Campag Chorus, Cinelli Cockpit and Ambrosio excellence rims..
I think it's rather porn worthy..

Not with blue rims! btw readers wives (moms) >>>>
Nevertheless it's an awesome gift for your dad.

Its a repost. But I love this English. It has everything I'd want on a fixed road bike. Even has my favourate colour, and my favourate road tyres. Most importantly it subscribes to my firm belief that bikes are toys, and should'nt be too serious. I may build a all black bike one day. But only if its a TT batman bike.
I fully subscribe to this.
They may not have a balanced design or aesthetic, they may be a mish-mash of parts never intended for each other, but they should be a bag of laughs above all else.
I love the English takes that farther than anyone else and embraces the fairly ridiculous whilst still making bikes that you'd want to ride.

Also, what's happening with that belt? Is it on the outside of the stay? It looks like it, and I would guess so, as if you're only going to have one stay you wouldn't really want to gate it.

bikes are toys
There's an element of truth there. I tell myself that my 29er is an incredibly practical bike ( which it is ). Secretly*, the army green colour makes me think I'm action man when I ride it :-)
*not any more.
