They need to take a serious look at their head tube lengths, I know they make much marketing play of having the team ride stock bikes, but that just looks silly. Time for two versions, the proper one and the Fred bike with a tall head tube, like they did with the R3/RS

To be fair he is riding a frame far too small for him so it's exaggerated quite a bit

That wouldn't make the head tube longer, would it? He's using a small frame to even get the bars that low, and then compensating for the too small frame by having to use a long stem.
