^^^ Is there even a bike in that picture?

May be a mere Steamroller, but it's damn nice;

To my eyes... sloppy cropping, underexposure, high contrast and vignette really don't help you see the nice details. Instergram/faux-xpro effects and of course real lomography might have their place but I find it a bit naff here. These shots should be all about the frames!
all this
and shooting them in a morgue/bath house with disco lights on the wall behind them just doesnt do it for me.
Oh and the true mark of an amateur photographer. Putting your name on the picture in hopes that it will "get you work" and it always results in the opposite

What saddle bag is that on the steamroller above? And where can I get one?

I find even studio shots, that companies like Baum and Firefly are so keen on, make the bike look like a computer graphic or a photoshop. Just wheel the bike into your carpark and shoot the bike where it was built to be: outside!
+1, bikes should always be photographed in front of a suburban garage door.

Immediately anti because of the admittedly-nice-but-retro-grouched water bottle cage, seriously?

No, just because the S5 is always ugly. Cervelo seem to have peaked (aesthetically) with the number 3; P3, R3, S3 and T3 are all prettier than both their forbears and their successors.

The new canyon is really doing things right in the f&f design.

yeah but they dont fly in to this here porn thread, because its just ordinary bikes :) And to be honest when I do, I try not to obscure a frames paint job by trying to add to it with editing.

the cages look amazing! what are they ?

Is this frame tig'd or fillet brazed (in the USA?)? It looks fillet brazed to me but I've read / heard both?
The production one is tig welded.

I love that bike.

Oh hi Baum, I see you've finished designing and building that meticulously beautiful bicycle. Well, here are the wheels for it. Oh, that curly piece of shit? Yeah, that's our logo. Yeah, it doesn't really fit into a circular shape, does it? Which is weird when you consider that we are primarily a wheel manufacturer. I know! Anyway, we've placed one logo in each quarter of the wheel as a kind of 'design'. You wanted it to appear eight times on each wheel, right?
