Horizontal rearward-facing track fork end if we are being pedantic.

This is awesome. Modern rims though?
Look like 4CD's to me? Which are an ace rim, and came out in early 80s, so probably right for the bike? Regardless, looks like sex to me.

Crazy bike setup. Still think those aero cervelos are ugly
+1
If the top tube was at least horiz with the ground then it would be a start. I think they just look a bit odd, though TBH which aero bike doesn't?
Was playing with a 2010 spesh transition (think they are totally different now?), and couldn't get over how narrow they had made it. When viewing from behind they had really gone to some crazy lengths to reduce its girth, looked quite nice though despite living in a box for 3years and never seeing the light of day the forks/frame/rear half of frame had deteriorated into at least three distinct shades of cream (formally white), which is a big complaint of them? -

I have missed ec90 forks on this thread with all the enve stuff, its nice to see their return! lovely bike, just an inch of steerer tube needs cutting.
-
• #68942
Land shark is cool. Would look better with a levelled saddle, non fugly bars and a cut steerer though.
Just saying
-
• #68943
Cutting the steerer 1" ec90's is madness.
I've only seen 2 pairs with steerer that long in the last 2 years. I have one of them.
I like the bars as well

• #68944
^^Very true tbh, the saddle only needs very minor tweakage though
-
• #68945
^^ more true, i'd love a pair of those with a proper steerer
-
• #68946
Functionally I'm certainly not bothered by leaving some steerer to allow for adjustment later on, sensible really.
Although aesthetically, those bars, and levers imo are nasssty, and to me would feel pretty crap in the drops.
-
• #68947
nope not getting it, bars and levers look fine and so does the drop position. In fact my go on to say I quite like the shape of those bars...
-
• #68948
Ec90s are really good forks imo. I hate the graphics but they are quite easy to remove should one desire to. My steerer is also around 26.5cms but i need it all.

Yeah it's personal, I like the look and feel of drops that are rounded and not the "ergonomic" shaped bars with straight sections at angles to each other.
And those levers just don't do it for me, not sure how they feel though, could be very nice. For levers I feel SRAM for example get it spot on regarding look and feel
thats what I thought, they are not shimanos I know, any idea?
