This is really nice;

I remember early in my bike porn days posting this and rightfully being shot down.

Now I can appreciate how this build is horrendous, particularly for me the tyres, rims (shape and colour), bars and that fecking bell.

But I reckon that frame could really be built into something special.

I think they are the Specialized ones, but the gloss all-black color (just a small S at the top).
I have them on the road bike, they're nice (csb alert).
