  • JP frame was recently bought on ebay i believe... outbid me by 100 bucks

  • are you serious?

  • Apparently so....

  • Same wheels?... mother of god.

Somehow I keep reading this with a Borat accent. Makes total sense.

  • Sorry im new to fixie world, should say same rims. Hope everyone is happy now.

guessing the same comments will apply (or worse as you have now used the word 'fixie') but I wouldn't bother wasting any time on the fruitless endeavour of pleasing the forum...

  • since when was Shamal = H+Son?

  • God since always! DUH!

  • I don't even know anything about fixies or rims, and I could see that they're different.

    Ones well shiny init.

  • The newly released Gran Compe Pro NJS Track hubs. These are definitely a big step up from the standard track hubs...weighing in with fully replaceable bearing races which make it the first of its kinda since the Sutour Superbe pro.Theyre 100% made in Japan are are the first NJS Certified hubs since the Dura Ace 7710. They come equipped with cup and cone "open" bearings which make them run smoother than...smooth (insert your own clever line). Which is probably why Nagasawa racing recommend these hubs to all of there pro keirin racers. Although Im sure you want to get like 20 sets, please keep in mind that thee hubs arent mass produced and sometimes the quantities are low. This is to focus on the quality when producing one of the best hubs in the world. (from the Tracksupermarket blog)

  • ^Reasonably priced,well wortha punt.

  • Sorry im new to fixie world, should say same rims. Hope everyone is happy now.

No we are angry and hate you!

  • Mmmm, nice shiny hubs!

I'd much prefer those over the Dura Ace hubs any day.

  • Why?

  • It's mainstream Neil, don't you get it? mainstream.

  • Cause they're different and I like the "fully replaceable bearings" part, just speaks to me of being very well designed and meant to last.
Plus, although we don't know how good the sealing is yet, they might well be better than the DA7710 hubs for those who want a NJS bike that they're actually gonna ride a lot outside the track.

  • See? mainstream.

  • You mean wannabe hipsters who think NJS is cool?

  • Dura Ace hubs are fantastic, you just need to give them a bit of tlc.

  • Sorry im new to fixie world, should say same rims. Hope everyone is happy now.

    Wow.
