Orange bike above looks alright, but could the chainline be any worse?

I like the overall look of the orange bike, but plastic toe clips and enough extra strap that you could actually trip over it? Shame. That top tube looks really long!

what is it with Obama bikes?? thats the second Obama themed fixed i've seen in a week!

I think the chainline is spot on, maybe it's the camera angle. I agree about the pedals/clips/straps which are temporary.

I don't know what brand frame this is but it is boss:

hmmm...
this photo was taken moment before NYC slipped off the edge of the world.
is it that hard to hold a camera straight?

Chainline is correct, the back wheel just isn't quite in straight.

+1
Then again, if you're stupid enough to make a politician-themed bike you can't realistically be expected to do something as hard as holding a camera straight. -

If all those pics were taken at the same time/from same side the front wheel is in wrong way round.

How do you know the orientation of the forks in the second photo?
-
• #6592
Who actually wants to read their hub though?!
my front wheel is the wrong way round and it matters because the tread pattern will not disperse water as well... so today - I'm gonna sort it. -
• #6593
How can a front wheel be in the wrong way round (with the exception of wheels with integrated braking systems)?

hub logos should be readable from rider's perspective... and line up with the valve hole.
tradition, innit? -

tradition, innit?not if you have them made without logos

It was more important to line up the tire logos. These are tubs so no switching them around :)

Thats why i said if it was taken from the same side, you can see the wall at the top of the pic.
