1495 quid (!!!) from Hilary
You need to see this bike in the flesh. It is a work of art. And has a few nice period touches.
I've seen similar bikes go for silly money especially if parted out as there are drillium collectors who pay top dollar for fetish parts. -

Needs seat and bar angle adjustment though.

Even nice Aende's are normally a few hundred quid for the frame (undervalued imho) - is there anything particularly special about that frame?

Anti-drop pin on the chainring is supposed to be behind the crank. Single ring on a Strada crank. Allen key self=extracting crank bolts don't go with classic era cranks. With those pedals, you really need washers to stop the spanner flats from gouging the cranks. Even if everything else were perfect, I could only award 8/10.

good for skids?

SRAM PC58 probably, wouldn't be anybody's first choice for a fixie skidder, given that it's an 8-speed dérailleur chain.

Since Look added Zed cranks to the 496 for 2012, all older ones have suddenly become anti

Hey, don't shoot the messenger, I was just fixing the image link. If you check out the other pics of it, the saddle height alone pushes the needle into the anti zone...
