The frame itself looks and I imagine is, great.
That said, IMO.. paintjob, bars, seat, fork and maybe a couple of other things are way-off porn.
Probably cost about 5K as well.

^^ It's due to a) SRAM rear mechs needing a very long loop to work properly, and b) the CX cable routing, meaning the cable is coming from above. If it were coming from under the chainstay it would likely still loop that far out at the rear.

Also, it doesn't look like the brake pad will be on the machined surface, looks like it'll be on the rim its self. good and safe. oh and if you're in the UK the brake lever is on the wrong side.
