Yes but they've conveniently drilled holes in the frame and forks so that you can fit your own. It wouldn't be cool if they sold it with brakes ;)

Volume have been doing them a while, I spoke to Castillo about them when they were getting the new versions with barspin clearance ready. I guess that is them.

Very good value for a high quality frameset (the same standard as their BMX frames apparantly) which is supposed to be worthy of 'burly' tricks.
