I'm really liking this, maybe would look better with few cm longer stem so the bars would not be over the headtube in the side photo, but thats just aesthetics.

I like the build, but the frame is odd. Quite a long tt, really steep head angle. I wouldn't fit on it.

^ yeah, the article said the TT was longer than rider needed usually (about 58cm or so)

Chain tension looks about right for an actual track gear. Certainly has a small sprocket at the back I reckon.
