I don't mind the font as such, it's not beautiful by any means but it suits the look and philosophy of the wheels. The logo placement on the disc wheel is horrible.

It's pretty bad on the Rose frame too.

The designer of the Rose graphics must have had the same brief as for Canyon. Whilst Canyon's graphics work – 'ROSE' just looks like 'nosl'.

As for the finish you can use wet and dry first about 350-500. Then 1000 to remove the anodise/scratches. Then you really need a proper buffing wheel.

I've been a fan of the Canyon lettering ever since they introduced it. The form doesn't interfere with the function, they don't wrap around the tubes and become illegible like on that "NOSL" or some Cinelli's and I've seen others but can't seem to think of their names. Cinelli are the creme de la creme when it comes to ultra wank logo placement btw.

Braker's got one of those on his Canyon. I saw it and asked "wow thats a strange top cap, what is it, how does it work, how do you tension it" and he just shrugged and said magnets or summink. Don't wanna disrupt pron, but how TF does it work? No bolt within. Found a better pic.
