Wow Jambon. Stunning. Henry Morris? Are these NOS? Or are these just new? Very cool idea to make the headbadge from the lugs.

Technically they are Dick Morris lugs, more info: http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/builders/hrm-builders2.html &

It's an advantage having plenty of weight on the rear, improves your movement when in goal, nippy front for tight turns, pivot turn on the rear wheel, easier to play the ball/pass radball style etc.
And the distance over the back wheel your arse sits at. Must be so easy to wheelie, even unintentionally

Function over form mate...
I was recommended a Brooks for brilliant ride comfort but did not like it and sold it on not even 2 weeks after I got it.
My ripped and torn up Turbo gel is still my fav, followed by an old but in pretty good nick Specialized BG, super hard but must be my favourite of all time but just not the level of comfort I want when commuting.
SO so so nice shame about the saddle, its good just perhaps not on this bike

But I can see people ending up on their arse while accelerating. I still wonder how the steering on it would be regardless of the toe overlap

I'd maybe have given it a while longer, you'd be doing well to break a Brooks in in less than 2 weeks.
