Do you mean that there is no smooth transition from tube to dropout?
Several hi end builders do it this way.
Sometimes better, sometimes worse.

i personally like when i am able to trace/see the drop out even where it enters the seat stay/chain stay
but inconsistency in katana's case gets to me

yup bad attention to detail,it doesnt have to be a smooth transition but a nicely finished symmetrical transition helps.Bishops frames are prefect in this respect

It means we can't see the pictures in your post. You could see them when you posted, because your browser loaded them from your cache, so it wasn't tripped up by the script which is there to prevent hot linking. Go back to the forum you were trying to get the pictures from, download to your computer than put them up here as attached files. That's assuming a little reflection still leads you to think they would be appropriate in this thread.
