I honestly don't know, I'm sure somebody on here has an informed idea.
Just trying to produce an original looking bike I guess. There's no practical gain from it.Which is fine by me.

Near perfect.
Front wheel is the wrong wayNo, because turning the wheel around would put the tyre lable at the wrong side.
Campag logo must be correct / readable fron riders' position
Rim decals F&R should be positioned in the same way
Tyre decals must be at the drive side and, in case of clinchers, in line with the valve.Biggest problem here is the lack of pedals.
And the length of the valves and the valve locknuts of course.
IMHO the black bar tape is totally wrong, should be white
Personally I would never use dust caps on cranks
Head set doesn't match hubs and cranks
Bike is parked against the wrong wall, too... -

Tyre decals should not be on drive side for a track bike (road bike yes, not track) Having the decals drive side puts in contact with the track..Thats a no no..

my 2 cents:When building the wheels the key spoke should make the campag logo correct (read from behind the bike) and the ambrosio logo can be read from the drive side.
No Wolber logo on drive side rear tire, so rear tire should be flipped.
Front wheel should be flipped so ambrosio logo can be read from drive side, and front tire should be flipped so wolber logo is on drive side.*Edit: thanks Varno, did not know that, but goes against porn rules.

Depends on the direction you choose when you enter the track. Really!

Bike is parked against the wrong wall, too...I agree with all this, but according to your own yabba-yabba Dutch, the front wheel has been laced the wrong way, assuming the rider has the Campagnolo logo turned to him.
Either that or, according to Varno, the rear wheel suffered of the same problem.Personally I agree with Dutch, that's how I have all my wheel-sets laced.
I had a wheel set done at BLB ages ago, even after me leaving specific instructions to have the logos/stickers/hubs/rims aligned, they fucked it up with the rear;
I asked to have it re-laced, they looked at me like I had some tropical fungus in ma face.
I won.
It's a matter of Pornciples. -

Lulz, now the wheels have the logos aligned, assuming it's the same.

Correct. All I wanted to say was: front wheel is the wrong way (or the rear wheel), but judging by the tyre logo, it's correct (although Varno has a different theory).
All in all, the bike is a big mess...He really should have swapped the seat post and the headset of the Rossin and Mali (both are Columbus SL, so it wouldn't be a problem).

*Apart from the rim logo, if we're really nitpicking, the spokes should be threaded so the leading spokes (the ones pointing forward) at the top of the hub should be on the inside of the hub flange, and the trailing ones on the outside. It only really makes a difference to a wheel that's transmitting torque (I.e., the rear), but the front ought to match the rear.
The wheel has been built correctly, it's the tyre that's been fitted incorrectly and the wheel installed the wrong way round.
