Just seems a bit much? I have just woken up with an awful hangover, found my cat puked all over my sheepskin rug and ate a grape which somehow had birdshit on it, I'm counting the seconds 'til I start puking out of both ends, now thats something to get livid about...

Yss, the track rings have 6 arms whose cross section is nearly as big as the 5 arms of a classic Record spider, fine for track use where the chain doesn't pull sideways on the ring. The cranks and axle are pretty floppy compared with modern kit, but mounting the ring on a small boss is just like BMX cranks.
