It looks great in some ways, but I just don't get/appreciated some of the design touches, it looks like they've gone for this sleek, simple and clean design, but have mucked about with things that don't need to be mucked about with.

build a custom bike, then put a miche bottom bracket in it = fail.
I think those seat stays are bit marmite. I quite like them. Not a fan of the front drop outs though. -

Who did the paint job, its rick dick ulous ly lush. but agree with spotter, not sure what grips would be better, those on there aren't quite right.
