I wonder if the front tire ever buzzes the frame given the natural flex in the steel forks? Gorgeous bike.

If you jump off a kerbs, hit a moderately sized potholes, etc. you may get stopped very sudden.

That red bike with the moustache bars is maximum sexytime ^^^

To me, bikes with as tight clearances on the front wheel as that are very unappealing because I know that it can't be ridden on the road without great care and probably not very fast.

^ Hummm.... if it was wearing tubs with thin tyres the clearances would be a bit more sensible. It's nice, but I'd just sooner see it dressed properly.
So wrong, in so many ways, but just looks right.

am I the only one who hates the look of those bars on that otherwise lovely track bike?
-

The mockba 80 pretty as it is, is a death trap anywhere other than the track and as such should have drops. I tried riding my mates mercian with similar toe overlap around town: It was scary as fuck.

How easy would it be to anodise standard silver ones to look like this?
No problem.
Just peel off the stickers and all the interior such as axle and bearings. Then do you go to a company that anodising aluminium near you and let them colour it for you.
But remember. You will lose the NJS approvment then ;) -
