I'm sure this was discussed on here years ago and it was pointed out then and rightly so that this is fucking retarded! Disc brake pads are easily contaminated which makes them far less effective, Getting chain lube on them with render them useless.
Also you need a brake that stops the whhel going round, the brake on the chainring idea just does the job that legs are supposed to do.

I love that Moots so much. Makes me so sad that at 6'6", I'll never be able to have a bike with those proportions :(
