For the untalented few, what's exactly is 5.075?
Think the photo made the bike look better than it is.
If we're talking about big american brand bicycle, the S-work still get me IMHO;
Also just saw this beaut;

I assume it's the weight?
I agree, great photo but the bike isnt porn worthy.

It's fully porn to me, to achieve that weight, look at the Zipp cranks, all the tidiness of the cabling.. win.
For the 1st time you actually want to guess the make of the wheels... very clean. -

The bike is awesome. Just because it's a Scott... Silly Edward sausagefingers.

what bad thing did I says about the Scott?
-
• #36092
The Scott would be better at about 5.3kg with proper pedals and bottle cages. I'm not that convinced by that seat post with carbon saddle rails either.

I assumed you thought it wasn't porn just because of the brand name, because it is a really nice bike regardless of the fact Scott also make some shit stuff.
I'm talking shit here and need to go to sleep. Been seeing a lot of idiot commuters or 'nodders' riding Scott hybrids lately so made the association without thinking.

Anyway I like this;

• #36095
That's very nice. But why leave a dangly thing on the saddle?
-

Wondered about this myself. I'm looking to get a Speedneedle. But considering I'd run this saddle with an equally WW friendly zero off-sett post. My chioces are a bit limited. I have a similar seatpost to the one on the scott, on another bike, and the rail supports are bloody thin. Would feel good using it with carbon rails on my local roads. I'm currently thinking of going with a USE alien (plus fat rail adaptor).

Specking of suspect carbon saddle rail/ seatpost combo's, and crabon roadies......

the new (2011) cinelli x mash frame
I see they've flipped the top tube. (Back to the same as the Vigorelli) Not into the paint either.
