I don't really want low profile rims, this is the bike

In process of de-HHSB ing it. Will be getting black randos, probs keep saddle tho as it comfy.
It's a toss up between the weinmann pegasus and dp19 rims provided by varno, on novatec hubs.
Thinking of going with the pegasus (40mm+ braking surface), full silver build, radial front. Thought would look quite classy.

I reckon the Pegasuses (sp?) will look classy if you lose the supreme sticker and put some white bar tape (Fizik Microtex Bar:tape comes to mind, the perforations give it a classy look http://media.rei.com/media/aa/8e35c129-128d-481b-873f-bf6a37a84b0b.jpg
On topic: I'm not too keen on that De Rosa. Looks pretty bland imho.

That's the tape I'm getting! got some white cork flecked tape from CR, hadn't seen the Fizik stuff, the tape i got is faulty, so sending it back and ordering Fizik instead. It is really nice. I also like the Eleganza tape, have it in black on my road bike, but prefer the microtex in white.
Supreme sticker may meet its maker not decided. Thanks for the advice!

@ Malaysian - if you do as you've written, you will have another ordinary fixed gear build. the only thing that could be done to save it from being "not porn, not anti-, won't even stop scrolling the page when i see it" is to go full classic. you seem to have a nice crankset and seatpost to aid you in that already :)) all imho

I want the Cinelli seatpost and stem very nice.

all bikes on this page (except for the first) aren't porn.
Those sram wheels are horrid, correction that hole colour scheme is horrid.
The bosomworth is just a fixied skidder using a lo-pro, nice saddle angle btw, that photo really highlights it.
Shorter is just random.
None of the 3-Rensho's components work with each other, and the crankset is hideous. -
• #34398
hey thanks for making things so clear! also, which hole were you referring to?..

Wow, Srani wheels!
Semi classic 40mm all silver can look quite good on a classic bike too, like the old zonda/scirocco and what have you. But I agree low profile rims would probably look better, depending on the rest of the build.
