I had been looking at getting a niner, but from what I hear (& see) the chris' are better. As for plastic... that's a job for next year me thinks.

The Niners are alu only. The Chris Kings come in both stainless steel(39g 18t) and alu(16g 18t). I hear the Chris king are better, but then they cost more so they should be.
