That bike is very stylish and so close to being perfect porn. But why the lack of bar tape?

I like the colour, very 70's, but the bike is rubbish.

Lush paintwork - reminds me of an old Citroen DS.
Pity about the messy background. I'd prefer to see it without any distractions and at more natural angle.

the frame shape fo the Bianchi looks a weird in a bad way.
Plus the saddle is too low and stem too high.

I still like it. Looks like fun and the craftsmanship is well nang.
The tubs... they are inside out. Are they being pre stretched or it's a new hipster thing?

Not inside out.
Either completely empty (not inflated) or not glued on the rim.
If you inflate a tub that is not on a rim or the fit is loose, it tends to roll over like you see here.
I must admit, it's quite extreme.
Usually, you can put a tub loose on a rim and inflate it without rolling. -

+1
My brother has a 1975 Dave Russell tt with the same amount of drilling all the rage back then.Always reminds me of the Alf Engers era on his Shorter bikes.
