Big fan of that stem.

I want a frame like that. I wish you could get them in like a 64cm

i know it's a forum goers whip, but i'm just not into it! I think deeper profile set of wheels would help me out. Same with the saddle. Also, i just don't like anything that's "adjustable" (that stem). similar like a telescoping seatpost. Frame is nice. All black is nice (tho it's tape which is fail). At the very least, remove the tape.
imo.

Have to agree.
Its a lovely looking bike, and I'll admitt to being jealous. But with such an aero looking frameset, it needs aero wheels* to be porn worthy.
(although it probably rides better on the road with the existing wheels. But thats being practical)

my bike :D
it's not tape it's proper vinyl used for masking/lettering on bikes/car/vans, am going to reapply it next week cut into angles and with borders so it will look as if it was done in the factory
and yes, i will order some 50mm carbon tubs for when i am not feeling so practical and want to go faster, but not till TT season starts. The stem was meant to be temporary but i love it! think it will stay for a while, saddle will be replaced when i have some spare cash next month - this was a cheap thing i had in the toolbox
thanks though... makes me feel nice to get bikes into bike porn - my 6th since joining!

As lovely as those beautiful campag tools are, the Park Tool MK187 is a much better value for money
The World According to Edward Scoble.
*"As nice as a mother-of-pearl inlayed Louis the 13th-period antique French carriage clock is, you can get a clock/radio down Ryman's for a penny short of five bob"
Park tools are overpriced shite anyway.

Actually, fuck you, Park Tools own.
Part of the price is in the name, though... but like any other reputable brand.

Overrated, overpriced shite. Yes they work pretty well (most of the time) but so what?! It's hardly rocket surgery. Eight quid for an allen key with a cute handle that won't hurt your little hand? Yes please.

I like the idea of some adjustability in the stem, considering the bikes multi-purpose nature.

tom, are you using special pads for the ceramic rims? or just standard ones?
-

They are really nice. After seeing teenslain's I PM'd snoops about making me one... didn't get a reply though so not really bothered anymore.
sorry Max. PM got lost in the system (i forgot), email info@balkebags.com for more reliable contact.
Sorry. We're just getting really busy at the moment and it's hard to keep track with full time jobs as well.
Also, Belk isn't just me any more, it's also Hassan (hassanr).
