troll or not, it really is unbelievable. there isn't a detail lacking. it couldn't be made more steaming without upsetting the authenticity. a single adjustment and it's ruined.

Nothing's too wide, I used to have the widest bar ever on my old Dutch bike; 56cm worth, and still fit through traffic reasonably well, if it get too packed, I'll just wait in line like everyone else.

I really did, not only that, I cycle 11 miles back home with that on my back (need to bring it home one way or another).

It's much easier than you think, all you have to do is behave exactly like a car, much to my surprise I didn't get hassled, not once.

Whenever I have had to carry heavy awkward stuff, I usually end up with something like a bike wheel in one of my hands.

Riding up hill with a big load on back and a something large and awkward in one hand is really tough. It makes you really wish for gears.

have to make a couple detour down quiet alley in the Holborn area where traffic jam react silliness.

I've ridden home with a frame over my shoulder a couple of times, but a built up bike is easier to move by holding the stem with one hand and pushing it. I've taken a spare bike to a stranded friend/rescued a stranded bike a few times like that.
