the pros decals are what makes them for me.

That's why they all look the same.
Where's VinylVillian when you need him?
Never fear, Vinyls here.
I maintain i could make one that looks good - using the 2010 colourway for starters

I want this bike

Would still be nicer in one colour. I have never been a fan of multi coloured frames

No, it's versatile.
Like Jedward.

Shame about the shit decals. Why is it so hard to get complete black carbon bars, either risers or drops
because carbon is all about high tech. manufacturers feel this unavoidable convulsion to plaster their shit logos all over it.
all the current carbon stuff is made of fibres. they're really visible to the eye..the only way to get all black is to coat the carbon fibre afterwards (resin or paint)...just like how you love the mash forks.
the future will be carbon nanotubes...lighter, stronger, not fibre like and blacker.
here's the latest example of them at work in a real life application

I imagine you needed a lube pipe on constant flow like on a lathe.

Really?... All that dough just for the decals?

Blergh. It's a conversion
even a singlespeed/fixed wheel frame have horizontal drop out too, like the Condor Tempo.
good find, that's pure porn, I even like the bar tape/saddle combo, I always like Hufnagel's frame.

Well I know, that´s why. Can you prefer cabron drops just based on the it´s decals?.. they´re like £400!!..fuck the decals., they are amazing cause they were done by/with Theo Boss, and (apparently) they´re unbreakable, but the decals are shite.

(*IMO)Do not over-estimate the importance of a pro rider when it comes to bike (part) development.
I guess they just use his name (as they do with Bart Brentjens' and Thor Hushovd's).
Perhaps he tried the fit of 2 or 3 models and even ttried them for a lap or two on his track. I guess that's all.
Most pro's cannot see what is the front or backside of a bike.
Brentjens e.g. picked a M-size frame, when he could choose between M and L. Reason: he preferred the appearance.
Same as most kids and parents pick a too large bike. They think it looks better / more mature.
Not much science there. -

do they have music or a movile phone, or do blow-jobs... what is exaclty the deal of expending $900 on a bars.
Do they win races in its own??Yes, blow-jobs.
Canada has the worst prices, all the retailers play this game where they pretend it's 2002 when the dollar was worth 0.62 USD.
ie: 7710 Cranks are $600 (Chainring sold separately.)

Given that top sprinters used steel bars until the introduction of Easton and Pro carbon ones, the design task was hardly onerous - make a bar a bit stiffer than a steel one, and a bit lighter than the 500g+ steel ones. If you're not a 90kg 2kW sprint gorilla, the alloy Deda and Pro track bars are plenty stiff enough and actually lighter than the carbon ones.

one of my mates is working on new carbon tech for his masters project in engineering,
he's got hundreds of tubes, with different levels of nanotubes in each one, which he's testing for strength.
the guys a genius. -

Not much science there.Fair call. I did some work with the guy who made the bikes for the NZ track team. He told me a story about testing frames with riders, two different frames, one notably stiffer than the other according to deflection tests. The riders tested the frames, and chose the one they thought was the stiffest and fastest in sprints, and it turned out to be the flexy(er) one. They went with that frame in the end because the riders thought it felt faster, a question of sports psychology i guess..
lol'ed!
